World Cooking–Nepali Cuisine-

天神 Tenjin

Known as one of the healthiest food in the world ‘Nepali Cuisine,’ it will be great if you can cook it at home, won’t it? Our 4th World Cooking lesson at SUiTO FUKUOKA offered the special recipes of Nepali chicken curry, lentil soup and chapati.

This time eight sophisticated ladies from Japan and Maldives participated in the event.
We used lots of spices such as cumin seed, turmeric, garam masala and so on.
The spice specialist Belle shared lots of good effects of those spices while cooking.

We made chapati, that looks like naan, tastes like naan but healthier & easier to make. Actually it was so fun to make it. After everything had done, the participants put the meal on each plate very neatly and tasted it.
Each spice smells great but very difficult to distinguish from others. If you join World Cooking, you will be able to tell a kind of spice from others. Why not join us next time? We will cook Moroccan cuisine on February 17th.
