Two sophisticated ladies visited us for mentaiko tasting today. They were actually from Fukuoka! Our Japanese chef, Mr. Shimizu told them that must have been the first time to have Fukuoka guests. They ate five brands of mentaiko and ate omelet with mentaiko in and guessed which brand was in. One lady gave us a correct answer and got Mr. Shimizu’s specially-made spice! Congratulations!
