Today we had two Kobe guests visited for Mentaiko (Seasoned Pollack roe) tasting. They tasted and compare five different brands of mentaiko from Fukuoka. We served Fukutaro, Kanefuku, Fukusaya, Shobo-an and Fukuya They seemed impressed with mentaiko history, profound explanation and so on. Thank you very much for coming to SUiTO FUKUOKA.
