Today we had three visitors from Korea for the Tamagoyaki Experience. Our chef showed them how to make the perfect Japanese omelet. Rolling the egg is harder than it looks. That is why our chef let the visitors practice with wet towels first. The finished Tamagoyaki looked very good and was very tasty.
