During making "Chakaiseki"(dishes coming before the tea ceremony) I found myself being fascinated by Wagashi (Japanese sweets) before I knew it. My desire to make Wagasi had grown when I stayed in Italy, then I started to study from the basics under a teacher. Now I create and develop Japanese sweets and also occasionally give a workshop.
