All the ingredients including fish and sushi rice are prepared by a sushi chef for the participants to use. We will have fun making sushi, making sure maintaining hygiene. After making unique sushi, we will take a photo to mark the occasion, then enjoy sushi, conversation and laughs. We will also reserve time for a Q&A session where the participants can ask the chef any questions.Go to Application form
Representative: Chef Sakai
His Career: He was born in Fukuoka. He grew up and learned by following the footsteps of his father who was also a sushi chef. After graduating from high school, he trained at a local restaurant for five years and worked at a Japanese restaurant in Australia and the United States for a year and a half. He took over his father’s business, becoming the second generation chef-owner of the restaurant “GINCHOU Sushi.”
Making use of his experience abroad, he has been providing sushi-making experience for foreigners since 1991. He is now focusing on sushi catering business.
We will provide all the tools and ingredients to make sushi.
