You make Japanese soup by stock which you make on that day, and can eat dried bonito flakes on rice. Watanabe Takako: After she left Tsuji Culinary Institute, worked at “Kicchou” which serves Japanese traditional dish.
She returned to Fukuoka, started to work at Culinary school, was in charge of cooking and café.
2014, she started “Gohan no Tane wo maku Hibi”at her house. She organizes cooking class, supports some product development and events as a cooking expert and an adviser now.
Assistant lecturer/Kawaguchi Yuko : Born in a dehydrated food store and grown up in freshly dried bonito smell. In addition to selling dehydrated food at stores, she also introduces Japanese soup stock culture to overseas people. Acquired Makurazaki bonito master in Kagoshima prefecture, Japanese soup stock Sommelier second grade. She speaks fluently Chinese.
