Hello, this is Chef Inoue from Sake&Meshi SUiTO FUKUOKA! Sushi has finally become an international dish. Since hundreds of years, sushi masters have gently pressed their hospitality towards their customers into this piece of rice with topping that will miraculously not crumble before it reaches the mouth it was made for.
