2016/10/27 Haiku Lesson

天神 Tenjin

Our new event, 'Enjoy Haiku' stated on October 27th. Haiku is a style of Japanese poems which comprises just 17 syllables. The 17 syllables are actually divided into 3 lines; 5 syllables -7 syllables - 5 syllabes. Japanese people often call haiku go-shichi-go which means 5-7-5. Haiku has to have one seasonal word in either of the lines.

Haiku Specialist Natsuko Sugano taught us get-by haiku this time. Haiku history, famous haiku poets, haiku feeling and how to make haiku.

参加者の中には、初めて俳句を作る人もいましたが、とても楽しんでいて、うれしそうに見えました。
俳句を詠むことは、日本特有のわび、さびの考えを理解することに繋がります。「俳句を楽しもう!」に参加して、人生、思考を豊かなものにしませんか。
