【Sightseeing spots in Fukuoka】
Nokonoshima is a small island easily reachable in 10 minutes by ferry from Meinohama Ferry Terminal. Although the island is not very big, there are lots of ways to spend your day. Most popular is the island park (a short bus ride from the port), where people can admire beautiful flower gardens, participate in various kinds of sports (golf, volleyball, baseball), see animals (rabbits, goats, chickens) or enjoy their stay in one of the various restaurants. This spot is ideal for families with children or lovers! But Nokonoshima has way more to offer, e.g hiking trails or a small tower with an amazing view at Fukuoka!
