20種類以上の調味料を配合して食品添加物無添加のオリジナル明太子が作れます。こだわりの食品添加物無添加辛子明太子(きわめんたい)を作っている三楽さんとの特別共同イベントです。

明太子作りの内容:
■1■ 一般的な明太子・産地の説明
■2■ 簡単な明太子の作り方を紹介
■3■ 一般的な明太子の材料について(食品添加物、保存料、発色剤など)
■4■ 三楽さんの「きわめんたい」の試食                  
材料、調味液の配合の説明、調味液の味見をしてみる
■5■ オリジナル無添加明太子の調味液作り
■6■ パックにいれて箱詰めする
■7■ 終了
Make your own original mentaiko !
What is mentaiko?
“Pollock roe or is the roe of Alaska pollock (Gadus chalcogrammus). Salted pollock roe is a popular culinary ingredient in Korean, Japanese, and Russian cuisines. In Korea, pollock roe is called myeongnan (명란), while the salted roe dish is called myeongnan-jeot (명란젓), being considered a type of jeotgal (salted seafood). The food was introduced to Japan after World War II, and is called mentaiko (明太子) in Japanese.” Wikipedia

On August 27th, we will organize a collaboration event with “sanraku” mentaiko specialized shop. You will be able to make your own free additive original mentaiko (200g) with a combination of more than 20 blended components. You’ll get to learn more about “mentaiko” before making yours and reveive explanations about all the ingredients used as well. You’ll also get to try “kiwamentai” brand from “sanraku” mentaiko production shop.
