World cooking lesson in May offered authentic South Indian curry, Indian style taro fries and chai!
The feature of South Indian curry is containing lots of vegetables, very smooth and great combination with rice. Not to mention it's very healthy and very popular among vegetarians! After the cooking specialist Belle's some explanations about recipes, the participants started cooking!While waiting for taro getting ready, each of them tried to eat a cardamom seed which Indian people actually use for dental hygiene.
