☆☆Hungry for Hungarian Food by Rober & Lilla ☆☆

We had a special event 'Hungry for Hungarian Food?' by very friendly & open-minded Hungarian couple last week.
The event consisted of introduction of Hungary, Hungarian cooking & fun talking in English!
Thinking of Hungry, what do you think of first? Fois gras? Herend (a porcelain manufactory) ? Or Franz Liszt (a music composer)?
Did you know Rubik's Cube was invented in Hungary？ We learned lots of things about Hungary.
Actually Hungarian food is well-known as one of the world greatest cuisine which Japanese people love!
The menu for the day; Hungarian chicken stew, Hungary-style dumplings, Hungarian cucumber salad & floating island for dessert.
The cooking class started with drinking Tokaji wine!!
Using lots of paprika powder, the stew smelled fantastic! All the participants enjoyed cooking & chatting in English!
